I hope everyone has been hanging in there, despite being in quarantine for weeks or months depending on where you reside. I’ve been in awe of the resiliency of my clients, the country and the world. As well as their ability to overcome, endure, and help those that need it during these difficult times. So many of us are struggling with tremendous stress, anxiety, sadness and/or a plethora of mental health issues. You are not alone! This COVID-19 will not only affect our physical bodies but our minds as well. Our mental health is also important and I urge you to find relevant resources, and  seek help from a mental health professional if you’re needing someone to speak to.

Moreover, I will include links below to directories for those who are uninsured, are low-income, and/or healthcare/essential workers needing to speak to a therapist/counselor. Remember, you don’t have to do this alone!

I promised my clients I would create a resource page where they could have an organized location for some of the best mental health resources out there. The mental health resources on this page are only some of the great work and efforts of others wanting to help during this pandemic. I wish I could include all of the resources given to me by my colleagues, friends and notable organizations but there is only so much space on a page. I didn’t want it to be too long as the amount of information can become overwhelming.

Below you will find the Adults and Children/Teens resource pages that will, hopefully, help you manage the best you can during this pandemic. It took hours to create but I am excited to share it as it is my way to help in a small way during these times.

You will also find other files of sheets and books that can be helpful during this time. These were provided by other therapists! Feel free to share with family, friends and neighbors. Again, this also took hours to create but I am excited to share it to the world!

Stay safe, wash your hands, be kind to yourself and others and remember, it’s okay to not be okay and ask for help when needed.

Thanks for reading!
